MJR Power & Automation is thrilled to announce the opening of its new production facility, effectively tripling its production space. The expansion boosts manufacturing capacity, enabling the business to meet soaring global demand for its marine electrical power and automation solutions. Located at Teesside Industrial Estate, the new facility joins MJR's two existing sites, bringing the total number of production facilities to three.

Recent multi-million project awards, including hybrid & fully electric propulsion systems, with AC & DC switchboards, and containerised power have already put the increased capacity to good use.

Paul Cairns, Managing Director at MJR Power & Automation said,

“We are delighted with the recent opening of MJR’s manufacturing capacity and is an excellent addition to the existing production facilities. This is a significant investment, and with increasing demand for MJR’s specialist marine capability and expertise, demonstrates MJR’s commitment to our customers to support our customers for UK supply, and the wider global transition to low and zero emissions marine solution
